Material Notes:
Product Description: FL 02020 is primarily designed for high speed/low coating weight extrusion coating and is a good coextrusion partner with other polymers. FL 02020 is an excellent sealing material with a very low seal initiation temperature, high clarity and low gel.Processing Conditions: Excellent results are obtained in extrusion coating at 220°C (428°F) temperature range. Processing temperatures above 240°C (464°F) may cause resin degradation. FL 02020 should be fed into the extruder after LDPE of a similar or higher melt index.
