Material Notes:
Description: This castable is composed of a high quality alumina cement and vermiculite and is applied as a backlining. Special additives are responsible for the low shrinkage. This castable can be applied by casting or gunning. Warning: If the material is installed by gunning the values for cold crushing strength, thermal conductivity and bulk density after drying increase with ca. 15%. The material consumption increases with ca. 25%.Remarks: These values apply to cast products.Information provided by Gouda Vuurvast.
