ROVENEÂ® 4076 is a medium firm carboxylated styrene - butadiene emulsion designed for use in formulating high performance architectural coatings including flat wall paints and primer-sealers. When properly formulated, coatings based on ROVENEÂ® 4076 exhibit tight, continuous films providing the following performance advantages: (1) moisture vapor barrier properties, (2) enamel holdout at higher PVC's than conventional latexes, (3) superior cold temperature coalescence, (4) stability to alkaline substrates and (5) low perm ratings (0.5) as tested by ASTM E96.APPLICATIONS: ROVENEÂ® 4076 is recommended for architectural coatings including flat wall paint and primer sealers with low perm ratings.Information provided by Mallard Creek Polymers
