Premi-Glas® 1200-28 series is a low profile, 28 % glass reinforced polyester Sheet Molding Compound designed for recreational vehicle body panels applications that require excellent flexibility and impact strength. Key features and benefits are:In-mold and powder coating capable, accepts standard automotive primers and top coats.Molded panels have increased resiliency for improved impact properties.Pigmentable system provides uniform base colors for exterior and interior applications.Molds in deep draw, 0 shrink production tooling.Class A surface with exceptionally low process times in compression molding.Standard glass content is 28 %.Data provided by Premix.
