Material Notes:
AMODEL EXT-1800 was developed specifically for the extrusion process. Unlike the grades targeted for injection molding, AMODEL EXT-1800 resin can be successfully extruded into tube, pipe, sheet, film, and profiles, and can also be used in wire coating applications. This grade can also be processed by other low-pressure forming techniques such as blow molding and thermoforming. AMODEL EXT-1800 resin offers low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, thermal and chemical resistance, as well as, outstanding mechanical properties.Data for dry-as-molded samples unless noted.
