Scotch® Tape 231 is a very high-temperature resistant tape for use in masking and holding applications where temperatures reach 350°F (177°C) up to 30 minutes. This tape is generally the most transfer-resistant adhesive of all the 3M paper tapes, as the firm adhesive does not anchor itself as softer adhesive often do.Information provided by 3M
