Description: MVTR, water and grease resistance coatingUsage: VaporCoat® 2200R is a coating which provides water and grease resistance and excellent MVTR properties on kraft liner and other substrates. When properly applied over a base coat, this repulpable coating is recommended as a replacement for some curtain coating applications, poly-laminated board and plastic bags.Application Data: VaporCoat® 2200R is best applied by rod coater at a rate of 4-7 wet pounds per MSF and as a pre-applied coating or in-line at the wet end of the corrugator or by blade, flexo or gravure at the dry end of the corrugator.Common uses include: Roll wrap for fine papers; Multi-wall bags; Produce and poultry boxes; Frozen meat patty boxes; Archival storage; and Corrosion-sensitive productsWhen manufactured in the USA product meets food contact regulations for: Europe: Euro.
