Material Notes:

Film Grade. Extrusion grade. Nylene 400 is a very low viscosity, extrusion grade nylon 6 resin suitable for specialty fibers. Also, the low viscosity allows for ease of mixing in compounding applications such as pigment concentrates. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 450 - 480ºF at the die.ALM, Nylene Canada, and Custom Resins are all operting companies of Polymeric Resources Corporation.
