Description: CONSIL-A is a silicone or fluorosilicone elastomer filled with silver-plated aluminum particles designed to achieve maximum electrical conductivity. CONSIL-A provides high shielding effectiveness with minimal galvanic corrosion. Lighter in weight than other high performance conductive elastomers, CONSIL-A provides an excellent moisture seal for enclosure joints and seams.Typical Applications: The MILG-83528 certified compounds meet the demanding requirements of many military and aerospace systems, high frequency microwave environments and wave guide connector gaskets.
