Material Notes:

UV 406 is a rapidly curing UV adhesive developed for use in bonding a variety of plastics, glass and metals, where moisture resistance and low shrinkage during cure is critical. Bond strengths on polycarbonate and rigid and flexible PVC usually exceed the strength of those substrates. UV 406 has excellent wetting capabilities.
