Material Notes:
PPHA is difficult to manufacture and brittle as well as low mechanical strength, its compounds have a higher mechanical strength and can be injection moulded. It can work without oil and its performance is better than those of bronze bearing, which is lubricated by oiling through many pores. Good heat conduction and electric insulation. It has the highest coefficient of heat conduction in all kinds of plastics and the value is as 4-6 times as those of general plastics. PPHA can be manufactured through moulded forming, high-energy pressing, burning-weld and pressing of low temperature, spray-coating of plasma, spray-coating of flame.
